This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by adawebpro.it (the "Site"), operated by AdaWebPro (Via XXVII Marzo 1, 10040 Volvera (TO), Italy, VAT IT13470950018), and how you can manage them, in compliance with GDPR and applicable Italian privacy rules.
In short: the Site uses no profiling cookies, analytics cookies or third-party advertising cookies. It only uses technical local storage to remember your cookie choice and, on the Scanner page, to keep your analysis result on your device together with a reminder that the analysis notification has already been sent.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, web beacons) store or read information on the device and follow the same rules when they track the user.
2. Cookies and Technologies Used by the Site
2.1 Necessary technical storage
The Site sets no profiling or analytics cookies. For its operation it uses the browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is not transmitted to third parties, to remember the following technical preferences and Scanner cache data. This technical storage does not require consent under Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code.

2.2 Analytics cookies
The Site does not use third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) or any behavioural analysis tool.
2.3 Hosting platform technologies
The Site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). The infrastructure may process technical navigation data (logs, IP address) for security, content delivery and operation. This data is not used for individual advertising tracking.
3. External Resources (fonts and images)
Fonts (Montserrat and Colmeak) and images are hosted directly on the Site's servers (self-hosted). The Site does not use Google Fonts or external CDNs (such as Unsplash or Amazon CloudFront), so loading fonts and images involves no transfer of your IP address to third parties.

r.jina.ai and Google PageSpeed Insights are not processors acting on behalf of the controller: they are contacted directly by the visitor's browser, only when the Scanner is used, and process the data they receive as independent controllers under their own privacy notices. Details are in Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Legal Basis
Necessary technical storage does not require consent, as it is essential for the Site to work (Art. 122(1) Italian Privacy Code). No analytics or profiling cookies are used. Technical hosting data is processed on the basis of AdaWebPro's legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Consent Management
Because the Site only uses necessary technical technologies and sets no analytics or profiling cookies, browsing does not require prior consent for non-essential cookies. On your first visit a banner still lets you choose between "Accept all" and "Necessary only"; today this choice does not activate anything beyond necessary technical technologies. If non-technical cookies are introduced in the future, a new specific consent will be requested at that time. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which reopens the banner, or through your browser settings. Closing the banner, scrolling or clicking the page does not count as consent for non-essential cookies.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can manage or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera). Disabling necessary technical storage may affect website functionality.
8. Transfers Outside the EEA
The technical service provider (Google) may process data through group companies in the United States. Transfers by Google comply with Chapter V GDPR through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), to which Google LLC adheres, and, additionally, the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under Art. 46 GDPR.
When the Scanner is used, the visitor's browser sends the analysed URL and the IP address implicit in the HTTP request directly to two third-party services: Google PageSpeed Insights (Google LLC, USA), to which the Google safeguards described above apply (Data Privacy Framework), and r.jina.ai (Jina AI), a free public service outside the EEA with which the controller has no contractual safeguards and for which it has not verified particular safeguards for the transfer outside the EEA. The contact happens only at the visitor's initiative, when they choose to use the Scanner.
