This Privacy Policy explains how AdaWebPro collects, uses, stores and protects personal data from users who visit adawebpro.it (the "Site"), in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian privacy law.
In short: the Site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, uses no analytics or advertising tracking tools and sets no profiling cookies. We collect personal data only when you provide it yourself (contact form and free scanner). Fonts and images are self-hosted, with no external CDNs.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Contact form
When you use the contact form we collect your name and surname, email address, phone number, the message content and your consent. This data is collected only when you provide it voluntarily; requests are received and stored through Google Apps Script (see Section 6).
2.2 Free website Scanner
The Site offers a free tool ("Scanner") for the technical analysis of a website. To use it you provide your email address and the URL to analyse. We use this data to run the requested analysis and, where relevant, to send or discuss the result with you.
2.3 Navigation (technical) data
For the sole operation and security of the Site, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and operating system, date and time of the request, pages requested, referrer and device type. This data is processed for technical purposes and is not used for advertising profiling.
2.4 Cookies
The Site uses only technical cookies required for operation. For details, please read our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
a) Responding to your requests (contact form): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures at your request. b) Providing the free Scanner: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (service you requested) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in following up on requests). c) Site operation and security: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest. d) Legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting): Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. e) Informational or promotional communications: only with your explicit consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Processing Methods and Security
Data is processed using electronic tools and organizational procedures related to the purposes above. AdaWebPro applies technical and organizational measures compliant with Art. 32 GDPR, including HTTPS (TLS), HTTP security headers (Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy) and access limited to authorized persons.
5. Retention Period
- Contact form and Scanner data: kept for the time needed to handle the request and for a maximum of 24 months; where a commercial relationship begins, for the duration of the relationship and the following 10 years (tax and accounting obligations).
- Navigation (technical) data: kept only for the period needed for security and operation.
- Marketing data (with consent): kept until consent is withdrawn.
After the retention period, data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
6. Parties Processing the Data (Processors and Providers)
Personal data is not disseminated. It may be processed, as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by the technical providers listed below.
6.1 Hosting and infrastructure — Google Firebase Hosting
The Site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google LLC, USA). 6.2 Contact form — Google Apps Script
Data submitted through the contact form is transmitted and stored via Google Apps Script / Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), which receives and stores requests on behalf of the controller. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6.3 Fonts and images — self-hosted
Fonts (Montserrat and Colmeak) and images are hosted directly on the Site's servers. The Site does not use Google Fonts or external image CDNs: loading them involves no transfer of your IP address to third parties.
6.4 No analytics or advertising tracking
The Site does not use Google Analytics or other statistics/tracking tools and sets no profiling or third-party advertising cookies.
7. Transfers Outside the EEA
The hosting and contact-form provider (Google) may process data through group companies located in the United States. Such transfers comply with Chapter V GDPR, in particular through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), to which Google LLC adheres (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), and, additionally, the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under Art. 46 GDPR. 8. Your Rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7).

9. Minors
AdaWebPro services are not intended for users under 16. If we become aware of having collected data from a minor without valid consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.

This Site may contain links to external websites (e.g. portfolio projects). AdaWebPro is not responsible for the data processing carried out by those third-party sites.
11. Changes to This Policy
AdaWebPro may update this Privacy Policy at any time, publishing the updated version on this page with the latest update date.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, save for mandatory legal provisions in favour of the consumer.
