Founder price: €392 for the first year on the Starter plan (€712 Coach, €1,192 Studio), total amount with no VAT under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme; with a partner code €367.50, €667.50 or €1,117.50. From the second year the list price applies: €490, €890 or €1,490 a year.

Order formWhat you buy, and what happens next
What you buy: one year of AdaTrainer, activated between 1 and 31 January 2027 and running until 31 January 2028, with setup included by appointment. Until January you get access to the Preview: a trial version with dummy data, to get to know the product and send us your notes, with no service guarantees.
If we do not activate AdaTrainer by 31 January 2027 we refund everything within 30 days. After activation the first year is non-refundable; you keep the right to switch to another provider with your data, under the terms of the contract.
From 1 February 2028 the subscription renews year by year at your plan's list price, unless cancelled by 2 December 2027. We notify you by email 90 days before expiry.
Payment is by bank transfer after signing the contract electronically; the invoice arrives once the payment is received. Offer reserved for personal trainers, instructors and studios using AdaTrainer for their own professional activity.

Who processes your data: AdaWebPro di Serravalle Diego, Via XXVII Marzo 1, Volvera (TO), Italy, adawebpro@gmail.com. Why: to sign you up for the AdaTrainer webinar and send you the link, the reminders and the recording (performance of your request) and, only if you choose so, to send you commercial communications about AdaTrainer by email and, if you left your number, by phone or WhatsApp (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
