From the contract, Art. 6
The effectiveness of the contract is subject to the condition precedent (Art. 1353 of the Italian Civil Code) that the full amount is credited within 15 days of the Customer's signature: if the amount is not credited within that period the contract has no effect, the Founder seat becomes available again and no sum is owed by either party; the Supplier gives notice of this by email.

Founder price: €392 for the first year on the Starter plan (€712 Coach, €1,192 Studio), total amount with no VAT under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme; with a partner code €367.50, €667.50 or €1,117.50. From the second year the list price applies: €490, €890 or €1,490 a year.

With a valid partner code the first-year discount rises from 20% to 25% of the list price: €367.50 Starter, €667.50 Coach, €1,117.50 Studio. We pay the partner a commission on your purchase; we only give them numbers (contracts, plans, commission), never your name or contact details.

Starter plan: €392.00 for the first year, €367.50 with a valid partner code. Our system confirms the final price when you send.

I request the Founder contract for the chosen plan, prepared with these details and sent for electronic signature. This request does not conclude the contract: it is concluded only by my signature and is paid by bank transfer after signing. I have read the privacy notice. Privacy notice

Who processes your data: AdaWebPro di Serravalle Diego, Via XXVII Marzo 1, Volvera (TO), Italy, adawebpro@gmail.com. Why: to prepare the Founder contract you request, send it to you for electronic signature, manage the payment, apply any partner code and calculate the partner's commission, issue the invoice and activate the service (steps taken at your request before entering into the contract and performance of the contract; tax obligations). What data: the details in this form (company name, VAT number, tax code if different, registered address, SDI code, contact person, email, phone, certified email, activity, ATECO code), the plan, the partner code if you use one, the two declarations with date and time, and a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address for anti-abuse limits. The fields marked as required are needed to prepare the contract: without them the request cannot be sent. Who sees it: Google Cloud (storage in the EU), the electronic signature platform (Skribble AG, Zurich, Switzerland: a country with a European Commission adequacy decision), the Supplier's payment institution (Revolut Bank UAB), the Italian e-invoicing system (Sistema di Interscambio), the controller's tax advisor and, for emails, Google (Gmail) and Brevo (Brevo SAS, Paris; data stored in the EU); if you use a partner code, the partner only receives numbers, never your name. How long: if the contract is not concluded, up to 12 months from the request; if it is concluded, for the term of the contract and then 10 years for civil-law and tax obligations.
